Return Policy
Please be aware that due to the availability of ribbon and the hand-made nature of the product, the colors you see may vary from the swatches displayed. Colors can also appear in different shades depending on various computer screen monitors. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged upon receipt or if there is an error on my part (ie. You requested a blue bow and I gave you a green one, you asked for an alligator clip and I gave you a french barrette).
